Certificate in Synagogue School Education

Synagogues who engage in the Synagogue School Enhancement Initiative will have the opportunity to establish a certificate in synagogue school education course with their faculty.  This intensive course is developed by CJE curriculum design consultant(s) and instruction is facilitated in partnership with the CJE and synagogues via the MorseLife Learning Institute online learning program (www.mliglobal.org).   The course teaches basic pedagogy and Judaic knowledge using a Jewish values-based curriculum and the teaching method, Understanding by Design.  Upon successful completion of the course, participants are awarded a certificate in synagogue school education.
