The CJE sponsors a Madrikhim Training Program for all teen assistants working in religious schools throughout the community. The program includes educational training, tips for working with children, and tips for working with teachers. The workshops offer teen assistants the resources and support for making the most out of their teaching experiences. After an opening workshop in August in conjunction with the CJE's Professional Development Conference,  various training are held throughout the year at individual synagogue schools.
